Shipping: Processing Time: Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.

Shipping Time: Our estimated shipping time is approximately 1 week. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors beyond our control.

Tracking: For your convenience, we provide tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Returns

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for purchased items. All sales are final.

Replacement Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to request a replacement. To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. We will provide further instructions for returning the damaged or defective item.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a replacement.

Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you. You will not be responsible for any additional shipping costs in this case.
